Stay two nights along rivers, three nights on pristine beaches, three nights in the mystical backwaters, and four nights exploring Cochin and the lush plantations of Munnar. This is not just a cycling tour — it’s a floating voyage through the living heart of “God’s Own Country.”

Detailed Itinerary

Day 0 - Arrival at kerala

Welcome to Kerala!

Fly into Cochin and settle into your charming riverside resort. In the evening, gather for a detailed briefing on the adventure ahead — route overview, safety instructions, and a hands-on introduction to your floating cycle.

Things to Do at Brunton Boatyard:

  • Stroll through Fort Kochi, exploring Dutch, Portuguese, and British landmarks.
  • Visit the Chinese Fishing Nets, Francis Church, and Jew Town.
  • Savor coastal cuisine at History Restaurant overlooking the harbor.

Witness the Kathakali dance performance nearby in the evening.

Day 1:- Brunton Boatyard to Gokulam Grand Resort & Spa ( Cycling 52 km)

Return to your floating cycles and follow the Cochin Backwaters, passing houseboats and water lilies. Glide across the Kaithapuzha Lake and into the vast Vembanad Lake, Kerala’s largest. Enjoy a relaxed day soaking in the rhythm of life on the water — fishermen casting nets, children waving from banks, and coconut palms mirrored in the still water.

Meals:- Breakfast and Picnic Lunch (at Umami Food Vibes Vaikom)

Things to Do at Gokulam Grand Resort:

  • Relax by the infinity pool overlooking the backwaters.

Day 2:- Gokulam Grand Resort to Coir Village Lake Resort Alleppey (50 km)


Today we continue our journey south, connecting the Pampa River to Pallana Aaru. Our night halt is on Pallana Aaru. Enjoy the Ayurvedic treatments t the resort.

Day 3:- Coir Village Lake Resort Alleppey to Leela Ashtamundi (43 km cycling)

Continue on Pallana Aaru, and through Kayamkulam Kayal to the TS Channel. As the landscape grows wilder, the canals narrow into lush, tree-lined corridors before opening into the grand Ashtamudi Lake, known for its eight branching arms. Your stay at The Leela Ashtamudi offers refined comfort with sunset views over the lake.

  • Take a sunset cruise on Ashtamudi Lake.

Day 4:- Leela Ashtamundi to Taj Gateway, Varkala (Cycling 22 km)

A shorter but spectacular final day. Follow the Kollam Canal to Paravur Lake, then pedal through Maniyam Kulam Canal and Edava Nadayara Kayal to reach the sea. The final stretch hugs the coast — turquoise waters on one side, red cliffs on the other — leading you to Varkala, Kerala’s cliff-top beach paradise.

  • Watch the sunset from the famous Varkala Cliff Viewpoint.

Departure from Thruvanthapuram

Cycling Experience

  • Use of floating cycles (water bikes).
  • Necessary safety gear — life jackets
  • Support backup floating cycle for every floating section to carry spares, refreshments, and provide safety backup.
  • Support vehicle for land transfers and emergency assistance.
  • Professional tour leader and local guides throughout the journey.
  • Pre-tour orientation and safety briefing on Day 0.
  • The floats have multi chambers for safety and are made of 900 gsm finer coated PVC.

Transfers & Logistics

  • All floating cycles, and permits for waterways navigation.
