Detailed Itinerary

Day 0 - Arrival at kerala

Welcome to Kerala — the land of backwaters and spice!
Arrive in Cochin and check into the Brunton Boatyard, a restored colonial landmark by the harbour. Relax by the sea and prepare for your cycling and floating adventure through Kerala’s waterways.

Meals: Welcome Dinner and briefing.
Things to Do at Brunton Boatyard:

  • Explore Fort Kochis colonial lanes, St. Francis Church & Chinese Fishing Nets.
  • Visit Jew Town and the Dutch Palace.
  • Dine at the History Restaurant, overlooking the harbour.

Enjoy an evening Kathakali dance performance.

Day 1:- Brunton Boatyard to Cranganor History Café (Cycling 35 km)

Begin your floating journey northward!
Follow the Kollam–Kottapuram Waterway along the Periyar River, passing small fishing villages, paddy fields, and coconut groves. Arrive at Cranganor History Café, set on the riverbank where history and serenity intertwine.

Day 2:- Cranganor History Café to Bimal’s Casa De Papel (Cycling 72 km)

A scenic day of canal crossings and countryside charm.
Follow the Periyar River to Kanoli Canal, crossing the Karuvannur River, Chettuva Lake, and Enamavu Lake. Glide through tranquil mangroves and fishing hamlets before reaching your seaside homestay — Bimals Casa De Papel, where tradition and comfort meet.

Cycle north through the Kanoli Canal and along the Chaliyar River, past green paddy fields and sleepy fishing settlements. Watch for playful river dolphins near Kadalundi. Lunch at Food Way, then continue to La Rêve The Beach Villa, your elegant beach escape near Beypore.

Day 4:-The Raviz Kadavu to Ocean Hues Beach House (Cycling 52 km)

Cycle along the Akalapuza River through Muthambi to the Korapuzha River, tracing the Canoly Canal — a quiet, historic trade route built by the British. Birdsong fills the air as you glide past fishermen’s huts and riverside temples. End the day at Ocean Hues Beach House, right on the Arabian Sea.

Your final and most soulful ride — from the Perumba River to the Tejaswini and Kartingode Rivers, weaving through Kavvayi Kayal and Valiyaparamba backwaters — Kerala’s most pristine waterways. The scenery is breathtaking, the silence healing. Arrive at Neeleshwar Hermitage, where your journey ends by the sea.

  • The floats have multi chambers for safety and are made of 900 gsm finer coated PVC.
